We moved away from generic gym routines years ago. Instead, our strength and conditioning programs are designed specifically for tennis athletes:
- Injury Management: With a dedicated Head of Sports Science and Medicine, we prioritize pre-hab and recovery. We screen for imbalances before they turn into chronic issues.
- Surface-Specific Training: Because we train on 11 red clay courts, our conditioning emphasizes sliding mechanics, lateral stability, and deceleration control.
- Functional Movement: We use unconventional tools like stone walking and TRX suspension to force your body to adapt. This improves proprioception—your body's ability to know where it is in space—which is critical for quick changes of direction.
