I bring the many stories of Kerala's kitchens to your table, from the fiery street-side Thattukadas to the comforting flavours of home. This is more than just food; it's the soul of Kerala, prepared with flair and delivered with love, whether you need a satisfying solo meal or a feast for an unforgettable event.

This is the heart of our celebration, a Sadya served on a traditional banana leaf. I am holding a platter filled with small bowls of curries, thoran, and pickles, each one a taste of Kerala's rich agrarian heritage and festive spirit. It's a wholesome experience I am proud to share.

There's a special kind of magic in unwrapping a Pothichoru. As the banana leaf parcel opens, the smoky aroma reveals a complete meal inside: steaming hot rice, rich curries, stir-fried vegetables, and tangy pickles, all mingled together. It’s a simple, sustainable, and seriously delicious experience.

Our Kerala Buff Fry, or Buff Olarthu, is a true classic and our number one bestseller. We slow-roast tender buffalo meat with freshly ground spices, shallots, and coconut slivers until it's exceptionally tender and flavourful. It’s a dish steeped in history, best enjoyed with flaky Malabar porottas.

There are no rules when a meal is this good. Here, I am enjoying one of my favourite combinations: hearty Matta rice with a crunchy carrot and cabbage thoran, tangy pickle, and the star of the show, our creamy and vibrant Prawn Mango Curry. It’s a perfect bite of home.

This is our Thalassery Biryani, a delicate and aromatic Mappila specialty from Kerala's spice coast. We prepare it using the traditional dum cooking method, layering fragrant rice with rich masala and topping it with ghee, fried onions, and cashews for a truly royal dish.

This is a combination that defines Kerala's unique food culture: sweet, crispy Pazham Pori (banana fritters) served with a fiery, slow-roasted Buff Roast. The contrast of sweet and savoury is wildly addictive and has become a cult classic for those who love bold flavours.

On a rainy day, nothing is more comforting than our peppery Nasrani Stew paired with soft, lacy Idiyappam (string hoppers). This creamy, coconut milk-based stew is a classic from Kerala's Syrian Christian kitchens, offering pure, heart-warming flavours.

Our Ada Pradhaman is a dessert where tradition and flavour weave their magic. We slow-cook beaten rice flakes in dark, smoky jaggery and rich coconut milk, finishing it with fried coconut flakes for a truly divine and authentic payasam experience.

We believe in sharing love and gratitude through food, and our special Iftar box is designed for just that. It’s a complete feast that unfolds to reveal the rich, bold flavours of Malabar, perfect for celebrating the holy month or gifting to someone special.

Our signature Pothichoru isn't just a meal, it's an experience wrapped in a fire-wilted banana leaf to lock in that smoky, earthy aroma you just cannot get with standard delivery containers. When you unwrap it, you are getting steaming red rice, a protein of your choice, and a perfect balance of thoran, pickles, and gravies that travel perfectly across Mumbai.

We started Nair on Fire because we were tired of the watered-down versions of Kerala food we found in the city. Food for us is about the comforting pull of nostalgia, whether it's the fiery kick of a Thattukada-style fry or the gentle, coconut-rich hug of a Syrian Christian stew.

Every dish we serve is rooted in tradition but cooked with the kind of boldness that makes a meal memorable. Our Thalassery biryanis use aromatic Jeerakasala rice, not Basmati, to keep the flavor profile authentic to the Malabar coast. We treat our Buff Olarthu with the patience it deserves, slow-roasting the meat until it absorbs every bit of the freshly ground spice mix.

We know that sometimes you need a grand Sadya feast for the family, and other times you just want a solo Mallu Bowl that hits the spot after a long day. From our kitchen in Bandra, Mahim, and Powai, we prepare everything in small batches using pure coconut oil. No factory shortcuts, no hollow additives, just the soul of Kerala delivered straight to your doorstep.
