Our Chicken with Bamboo Shoot is a classic Naga comfort food. We cook tender chicken pieces in a light, oil-free broth with fresh bamboo shoot and herbs, letting the freshness of the ingredients shine.

For seafood lovers, we offer Prawn & Mushroom cooked in the Naga style. This dish is prepared without oil, using bamboo shoot extract and herbs to create a light yet flavorful curry.

A simple, wholesome meal of fish cooked with bitter eggplant, served with steamed rice, chutney, and foraged greens. This is farm-to-table cooking at its best, full of the flavors we grew up with.

A beautifully roasted whole fish, scored to let the Naga spice marinade penetrate deep into the meat. It's served with a simple garnish of shredded cabbage, cucumber, and lime.

Our roasted whole fish served on a pink plate with a side salad. This dish showcases our simple and honest approach to cooking, focusing on fresh ingredients and bold flavors.

A pot of our fish curry with bitter eggplant, tomatoes, and wild herbs. This is a typical Naga household dish, boiled together to create a comforting and nutritious meal.

Our fish and bitter eggplant meal, served in a wooden bowl against a backdrop of lush greenery. It's a reminder of the close connection between our food and the land it comes from.

About Chicken, Fish & Prawns

When you order our chicken or fish curries, expect something quite different from typical Mumbai restaurant fare. We do not use oil or heavy masalas. Instead, we rely on fresh bamboo shoot, wild herbs, and our own spice blends to create a broth that is light, clean, and deeply flavorful. This is the food we grew up eating in Dimapur, and we make it exactly the same way here in Andheri.
