The Heart of Our Menu: Pork Specialties

Pork is central to Naga cuisine, and we prepare it using traditional methods passed down through generations. This includes our signature firewood-smoked pork sourced from Nagaland, crispy pork ribs, and flavorful pork bhujia, a classic Naga bar snack.

Chicken, Fish & Prawns

Beyond pork, our menu features other proteins cooked in the simple, oil-free Naga style. Try our famous Axone chicken wings for a pungent umami flavor, or our light and wholesome fish and prawn curries made with bamboo shoot and bitter eggplant.

The Naga Thali Experience

For a complete taste of Nagaland, we recommend our thali. It features a selection of dishes like smoked meat, boiled vegetables, dal, and fiery chutneys, all served with traditional sticky or purple rice, giving you a balanced and authentic meal.

Our Handcrafted Ferments & Drinks

Fermentation is a cornerstone of Naga food culture, used for both flavor and preservation. We craft our own probiotic-rich drinks from rice, seasonal fruits, and honey-ginger, served in traditional Longpi pottery from Manipur.

From Nagaland, With Love: Our Ingredients

The soul of our food comes from ingredients we bring directly from the farmers' markets of Nagaland. This includes the fiery Raja Mircha, pungent Axone (fermented soybean), rare Anishi (smoked taro leaves), Sumac, and various wild herbs and vegetables.

Vegetarian & Side Dishes

While our cuisine is meat-heavy, we also cherish our vegetables and offer flavorful vegetarian options. Our menu includes 'Rusep', a traditional boiled wild veggie mix, and hearty noodle bowls packed with fresh vegetables and spice.

Our Story, Our Space

We started in a tiny home kitchen and have grown into this simple, warm space thanks to your support. The decor is a nod to our home, with a map of Nagaland on the wall and a team that treats everyone like family.

Our Community of Guests

Our restaurant is more than just a place to eat; it's a community. We are deeply grateful for every guest who walks through our doors, from our very first customers to friends, family, and special visitors.

Festivals, Pop-Ups & Celebrations

We love sharing our culture through food, especially during special occasions. Here's a look at our celebrations for the Naga Tuluni festival, special Christmas menus, and our pop-up event in Goa.

As Seen In: Awards & Press

We are humbled and honored by the recognition we've received. We've been featured by publications like Condé Nast Traveller and The Hindu, and were named Best Restaurant by The Big Forkers in 2024.
