Online Yoga Classes from Home
Yoga doesn't need a fancy studio; it just needs you and a little space. Join me for live, interactive sessions where we focus on flow, breath, and making alignment simple—right from your living room.
As part of my "Master 50 Yogasans in 50 Days" challenge, here is Day 14: Ardha Matsyendrasana. This seated twist is fantastic for stimulating the liver and opening the chest to improve oxygen supply. I break down each pose so you can learn the correct alignment online.
Here is a simple 10-minute yoga flow perfect for warming up or for those days when you need a gentle routine. We move through all the major joints, from the neck and shoulders to the hips and ankles. It's a great sequence for maintaining joint health and can be done by anyone.
Let's talk about yoga mat etiquette. How you roll your mat matters for hygiene. To avoid transferring dust from the bottom to the top, always double fold the top part first and then roll it up. A clean mat is essential for a healthy practice.
About Learn From Home: Online Classes
I run these sessions on Zoom, but not in a 'watch-and-follow' way. I cap the batch sizes at 20 people so I can actually see your pose on my screen and give you verbal adjustments in real-time. It’s all about fixing that 'tech-neck' and getting your alignment right while you're at home.
Think of this as a virtual studio where we actually interact. My online classes aren't pre-recorded streams; they are live, 60-minute sessions where I can guide you through the flow as if I were in the room.
We start with joint rotations designed to undo the damage from desk jobs—specifically for your wrists, neck, and shoulders. From there, we move into a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa, breaking down peak poses so you don't feel lost if you're a beginner. We always wrap up with 5 to 10 minutes of Pranayama because, honestly, breathing is the engine of our practice.
I know life happens, so if you miss a live session, you’ll get access to the class recording for 24 hours to catch up on your own time. We have a great community vibe too—we share stories, cheer each other on, and keep the energy high even through a screen. Whether you are dealing with stiffness or just want to build a consistent habit, bring your energy and let's get moving together.
