My background isn't just in theory; it's in performance. As the only Indian to secure an 8th rank in the Asia Regional qualifier for the CrossFit Games and being named the Fittest Teen in India, I bring a competitor's mindset and experience to your training.
Where my passion for fitness met my purpose for education. Standing at the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Delhi, the institution where I honed my scientific understanding of human performance.

About My Credentials & Journey
Most coaches rely on trends they saw on Instagram, but my programming comes from years of academic research and competitive athlete experience. When I write your training block, I am looking at biomechanics, not just aesthetics. This means if you are dealing with a recurring knee issue or hitting a plateau on your lifts, we do not guess the solution. We fix it by systematically adjusting the mechanics, breathing, and loading parameters.
My path in fitness started on a local ground with two dumbbells and zero equipment. That early struggle taught me that consistent effort is more valuable than fancy gear. I realized early on that the industry was filled with politics, shortcuts, and misinformation. This led me to pursue a PhD in Sports Science at the University of Delhi. I wanted to understand the 'why' behind every movement.

My credentials are not just for display. They are the foundation of your training. Whether we are working on a Snatch or a basic squat, my approach is rooted in:
- Biomechanics: Understanding how your joints and muscles work under load to ensure injury prevention.
- Energy Systems: Designing WODs and conditioning blocks that actually target the systems required for your sport or goal.
- Practical Application: I spent years as a competitive CrossFit athlete, ranking in the Asia Regional qualifiers. I know what it feels like to push for a new PR, and I know how to coach you through that mental and physical barrier.
