- Corporate Ergonomics & Posture: We cover 'The Science of Sitting.' I teach your employees how to fix desk posture, alleviate neck and wrist strain, and implement a 5-minute mobility routine that they can actually do in office attire. No sweat, no complex equipment, just practical relief.
- Campus Fitness & Strength Seminars: These are high-energy, large-format events. We cover topics like the Science of Strength, Mental Well-being, and Careers in Fitness. Every seminar includes a guided mass workout where I teach proper form for movements like squats and pushups, ensuring that students walk away with a foundation that prevents injury rather than causing it.

I do not offer gimmicks. My background as a former CrossFit Open India #1 athlete taught me that consistent, fundamental work beats trends every time.
