Acro and Partner Yoga Workshops in Bengaluru
Ready to fly? My partner yoga workshops are all about connection, trust, and a little bit of masti. Whether you're coming with a friend or looking to make new ones, we'll learn to balance—and laugh—together.
Teamwork makes the dream work. This fun three-person Acro yoga sequence was a great challenge that required a lot of communication and ended with a lot of laughter.
This partner yoga pose looks fancy, but it's surprisingly accessible and feels amazing. It's a great exercise in trust, and we always make sure everyone feels safe and supported.
A playful partner handstand variation that's easier than it looks. In my workshops, we break down poses like this step by step, so everyone can give it a try.
Using the wall and a partner for support is a fantastic way to build confidence in inversions. This shows how we safely practice getting into a supported handstand during a session.
A beautiful, synchronized headstand flow with a fellow instructor. Partner work like this is a dance of balance and coordination, creating a moving piece of art.
A mindful partner flow in a lush green park. Practicing together outdoors adds another layer of connection, synchronizing our breath and movement with each other and with nature.
About Acro & Partner Yoga
Forget the fancy flips you see online. In these sessions, we start with simple counter-balances and trust drills that help you find stability, not acrobatics. You do not need to be a gymnast, and you definitely do not need a partner to sign up—most people show up solo and leave with a few new friends.
How We Practice
I treat Acro Yoga like a giant trust exercise. We break down every movement into tiny, manageable pieces. If we are working on a handstand variation, we use the wall and a spotter so nobody gets hurt. If we are doing partner flows, we start on the ground before ever thinking about lifting each other off the floor.
What To Expect In A Session
- Safe Foundations: We focus on technique first. You will learn how to hold weight, how to spot, and how to fall safely.
- Community Vibes: You don't need to bring a partner. We rotate pairs often, which means you'll spend the session meeting new people and learning to communicate through movement.
- The 'Masti' Factor: Yes, it is yoga, but we are here to have fun. Expect to laugh at yourself when you wobble. We balance hard work with playfulness, ensuring the vibe stays relaxed.
Is This For You?
If you have never done yoga, you are welcome. If you are an experienced yogi looking to deepen your practice with Vinyasa flows or challenging inversions, you are also welcome. My workshops are designed to be accessible. We emphasize the journey of learning together, whether that's through a slow Hatha flow or a dynamic partner sequence. Come as you are, bring your water bottle, and get ready to see what your body is actually capable of.
