We bake, we don't fry. By swapping out palm oil for wood-pressed groundnut oil and ditching refined sugar for natural jaggery, we ensure your mid-day craving does not turn into an afternoon slump. It is the kind of snack that keeps you energized, not heavy.
When we started, we were not just making snacks. We were trying to fix a common problem. Store-bought munchies are often loaded with preservatives, stabilizers, and hidden sugars that leave you feeling sluggish. We took a different path. Everything we make, from our ragi crackers to our jaggery-based laddoos, follows a simple rule: if you would not find the ingredient in a traditional kitchen, it does not go into our mix.
The 'No' List
We are firm on what stays out of our kitchen. There is no maida (refined flour), no white refined sugar, no palm oil, and absolutely no synthetic preservatives. We believe your body knows the difference between real food and processed fillers.
The 'Yes' List
We use whole grains like jowar, bajra, and ragi. For sweetness, we stick to natural sources like jaggery and nolen gur, which provide steady energy rather than the sharp spikes associated with refined sugar. Every savory snack is either slow-roasted or baked in small batches, using wood-pressed oils that retain natural nutrients.
