About Daily Practice & Team Spirit
Monsoon or summer, the practice schedule at N.E.A Academy never breaks. We alternate between professional interlocking mats and traditional mud tracks, ensuring you develop the necessary grip strength and technical precision regardless of the weather outside.
Success in Kabaddi is not accidental. It is the result of thousands of hours spent on the mat, perfecting footwork, and conditioning the body. At N.E.A Academy, our daily practice sessions are built to simulate the intensity of tournament environments.
We focus on the technical pillars of the game: offensive raiding skills and rock-solid defense. Whether you are working on your Dubki, mastering the Lion Jump, or setting up a Cover Chain Tackle, you will get immediate, real-time feedback. I push my players to stay tight, maintain focus, and make smart decisions under pressure.
Beyond just the moves, we focus on the mental game. Kabaddi requires stamina and, more importantly, grit. Our regimen includes rigorous functional strength training using tractor tires and sledgehammers to build the power needed for the pro circuit.
We cater to serious athletes aiming for CBSE Cluster, SFA Championships, and KBD Juniors. If you are ready to put in the effort, you will find the right path here.
