My kitchen in Horamavu is not fancy, but it is built on the recipes my mother taught me. Everything you see here—from the ghee sweets to the elaborate banana leaf meals—is 100% vegetarian and free from preservatives or dalda.
Why my approach is different
When I take a catering order, I don't just dump pre-packaged food on a plate. For my traditional South Indian feasts, I deliver fresh banana leaves and a complete satvik menu, including Pepper Rasam and Vatha Kuzhambu made from scratch with fresh ground spices.
How I handle your orders
Because I am a small team, I treat every order like it is going to my own family’s table:
- Customization: Need less spice, extra garlic, or a specific vegetable exclusion? I make it happen. My goal is for the food to feel like it came from your own home.
- Festive Prep: During Diwali, Krishna Jayanthi, or Ganesh Chaturthi, I get very busy. I use pure Nandini ghee for all sweets, and I don't compromise on the quality of nuts or dal. If you need bulk orders for festivals, reaching out a little early helps me ensure everything is prepared perfectly.
- Delivery: I deliver across Bengaluru. While I might sometimes run a little tight on timing due to the nature of fresh cooking, I never cut corners on the taste or safety of the food.
