I prepare every portion fresh, featuring Belgian chocolate or seasonal fruits, and pack them in reusable acrylic or gold-finish containers that are perfect for a quick celebration at home.

Convenience does not have to mean a compromise on quality. I treat these individual portions with the same care as my tiered celebration cakes, ensuring the sponge remains moist and the flavor profile is balanced. Whether it is the Lotus Biscoff Tres Leches with its signature caramelized spice or the Mango Tres Leches that captures the essence of the season, each tub is built to be spooned and enjoyed immediately.

I use only Callebaut Belgian chocolate, pure cocoa butter, and Swiss Meringue Buttercream. You will not find any non-dairy whipping cream or artificial additives here. The packaging is just as deliberate as the ingredients; I use transparent, reusable acrylic boxes and gold-finish tins, making these an excellent choice for corporate gifting or small gatherings.

If you are in Bengaluru, you can drop by my kitchen in Basavanagudi for a pickup or have your selection delivered. These boxes are ideal for office snacks, birthday surprises, or simply when you need a moment of Mithaas in your day.
