Inspired by the royal darbārs of Jodhpur, my Royal Collection features decadent chocolate creations. This includes hand-rolled truffles made with Belgian chocolate, Afghani dates, and pistachios, as well as seasonal chocolate-dipped strawberries, often finished with a touch of edible gold.
