Baking is my comfort zone, full of warmth and a dash of nostalgia like maa ka pyaar (a mother’s love). My cakes are inspired by the elegance of Indian royal culture, with a soft spot for Jodhpur vibes. For me, a cake isn’t just dessert - it’s a personal story, a little mithaas bhara tohfa (sweet gift) for your big moments.
How I Design Cakes
I treat each cake as a blank canvas. No fondant here - I use rich cocoa butter frosting for real flavour, soft texture, and nothing artificial. The colours on my cakes come straight from nature - berries, fruits, sometimes black charcoal for that cool grey, all part of my commitment to natural cake coloring.
If you want something fancy, I offer 24-carat gold foil, rice paper sails, edible fabrics, and fresh flowers. Personalized cake toppers with your name or a message can add that final touch.
