I use only high-grade couverture chocolate made with pure cocoa butter, strictly avoiding vegetable oils. Every box of my Shahi Khajoor or hand-dipped strawberry assortment is prepared fresh in my Basavanagudi kitchen, ensuring the texture and finish are exactly as intended, whether you are gifting these or keeping them for yourself.
