A Glimpse into My Yoga Practice
Yoga is a lifelong journey, not a destination. See the flow of my sessions, from foundational asanas to deep stretches, designed for every age and level.

This collage captures the diversity of asanas I practice and teach, demonstrating flexibility, strength, and balance.

About A Glimpse into My Practice
You will notice I use props like bricks and bolsters in these photos, even at my age. Whether you are a beginner struggling to reach your toes or an advanced student working on inversions, we prioritize form over force to keep your joints safe.
My yoga practice is about balance. You will see this reflected in the photos—we mix movement with stillness. In my Noida Sector 28 studio, I keep batches small, usually 6 to 8 students, so I can watch your alignment closely. It does not matter if you have never stepped on a mat before or if you consider yourself stiff; my goal is to meet you where you are.
What happens in a session?
We start with a focus on basics to build a strong foundation. This means spending time on Hatha and Vinyasa flows, carefully moving from simple poses like Trikonasan to deeper stretches. But physical movement is only one part. Every class includes 10 to 15 minutes of Pranayam, such as Bhramari or Anulom Vilom, because breathwork is the anchor of a calm mind. We always end with a period of silent meditation or Savasana to let the body and mind reset.
Why my studio?
My studio is designed to be a quiet space away from the noise of the city. I provide all necessary props—bricks, belts, and bolsters—so you do not need to worry about gear. The room is climate-controlled with both heating and AC, making practice comfortable regardless of the Delhi NCR weather. If you prefer the flexibility of training from your own home, I also conduct live, interactive sessions where I guide you through video, ensuring you get the same attention to form as my in-person students.
