Our Featured Design and Build Projects
We believe every space has a story waiting to be told. Explore our diverse projects ranging from residential sanctuaries to vibrant hospitality venues.
This is our award-shortlisted project, Dubki, in Goa. The design is inspired by the movement of ocean waves, with a flowing fabric-like roof and organic forms that open up to a stunning view of the sea. It's a space that transforms from a serene dawn-to-dusk restaurant to a high-energy nightclub after sunset.
In this residential living room, the ceiling becomes a sculptural centerpiece. The swirling form creates a sense of movement and draws the eye upward, transforming a flat surface into a dynamic work of art. This feature, combined with the abstract wall molding, establishes a bold and eccentric personality for the home.
For the Latin American restaurant Los Cavos, we created a theatrical dining experience. A mezzanine balcony overlooks the main seating area, framed by classical arches and balustrades, evoking the feeling of a vibrant Cuban street scene. The warm, layered lighting and rich textures complete this immersive atmosphere.
We designed the Hosachiguru office with an open-plan layout to foster collaboration. The centerpiece is this free-flowing, custom-designed workstation that eliminates hard edges and hierarchical barriers. A serpentine light fixture follows the curve of the desk, unifying the space and providing functional illumination.
This video showcases our collaboration with Trove, where we designed a tile collection inspired by traditional Indian games. We translated the shapes and rhythms of Pallankuli and Carrom into modular, abstract tile patterns, blending nostalgia with modern design for a surface that tells a story.
To bring a piece of Goa to Bangalore for Klaa Kitchen, we commissioned a custom, hand-painted tile mural depicting a classic Goan village scene. Paired with a vibrant yellow upholstered bench and warm lighting, this feature wall serves as the heart of the restaurant, creating an atmosphere of warmth and nostalgia.
The facade of Project 723 comes alive at dusk. We used linear Baliapatanam bricks in varied arrangements, including a jaali screen pattern on the upper level. Strategic exterior lighting highlights the texture of the brickwork and the building's strong geometric form, creating a captivating presence on the street.
This living space is a study in modern Indian luxury. A feature wall of vertical teak veneer panels brings warmth and texture, complemented by a statement brass pendant light. The flooring, a mix of polished and unpolished Kota stone with Jaisalmer marble inlays, adds intricate detail and a connection to heritage materials.
About Featured
When we take on a project, we look beyond the blueprint. Our Maze Concept Build team handles everything from the initial floor plan to the final construction. This means you do not have to coordinate with multiple contractors. We ensure the design intent stays intact from the first sketch to the moment you walk through the door.
Our portfolio reflects our core belief that design is not just about aesthetics, but about the story of the people who inhabit a space.
Designing for Experience
Whether we are working on a residential home or a commercial space, we approach each project with the same level of detail. For hospitality projects, like our work in Goa or our restaurant design in Indiranagar, we focus on creating an atmosphere that transports the visitor. We use elements like custom murals, layered lighting, and material contrasts to build a specific mood.
The Build Process
Our design-build model allows us to experiment with materials and techniques that many traditional firms might find challenging. For instance, in our residential projects, we frequently use tactile materials like Kota stone, teak veneer, and brass accents to create a sense of heritage and warmth. We manage the civil work, HVAC, and MEP integration in-house, ensuring that the final execution matches the 3D renders we share with you at the start.
Why Our Clients Choose Us
We do not push a single 'house style'. Instead, we listen to your needs and help you define the personality of your space. If you want a home that feels like a sanctuary with Japandi influences, or an office that fosters collaboration through open-plan layouts, we tailor our approach to fit your lifestyle or brand identity. Our goal is to make the entire process, from the first mood board to the final site visit, as smooth and transparent as possible.
