A collection of our defining work, where architecture meets narrative. From zen-inspired retail spaces to sea-facing homes, we build environments that breathe.
This is the story of a home where the sea is a constant guest. We designed this sprawling living room in Mumbai to be a calm escape from the city's chaos, with sprawling views of the horizon. The space is a careful composition of custom furniture, a sunburst rug, and a palette that echoes the changing colors of the sky and water, creating a perfect seaside apartment experience.
I believe that design is creative problem-solving. In this video, I walk you through one of our Mumbai apartment projects, explaining our philosophy of 'Ikigai', or finding meaning in every detail. We explore how to make compact homes feel spacious using minimal furniture, a cohesive color palette, and clever, seamless storage solutions that are both functional and beautiful.
We envisioned this retail space as a journey through a frozen, zen-like maze. This video captures the dramatic interplay of light and shadow, where a monumental brass-fringed chandelier hangs over a triad of stones. It demonstrates our approach to commercial interior design, creating immersive brand experiences that are both architectural and artistic.
For us, art is never an afterthought; it is the soul of the room. In this media room from our 'Aria' project, the ceiling becomes a canvas for a hand-painted mural, inviting you to get lost in its whimsical narrative. The space is built around this art and a majestic totem light installation, creating a room meant for pausing, reflecting, and dreaming.
A bedroom should be a personal sanctuary. This master bedroom, part of our 'Reflections' project, is discovered through an inconspicuous door, creating an element of surprise. The design uses a masculine palette of black, white, and grey, with a tan leather bed providing a warm, stark contrast, all set against the backdrop of the sea.
This holiday home in Goa was designed as a place to reconnect with nature. The living space is bright and sun-drenched, filled with natural materials like rattan and jute, and a cool color palette of blues and yellows. We used plush white sofas and handcrafted decor to create a home away from home, a perfect escape to find peace and solace.
This is from our 'Shadows' project, a modern legal office. We designed the layout to maximize natural light, pushing workspaces toward the windows. The use of glass partitions and a monochrome palette creates a space that feels formal and modern, moving away from traditional law office design to reflect a dynamic, contemporary practice.
The story of a space often begins from the ground up. Here, an in-situ IPS and marble floor, with its beautiful hot and cold pattern, becomes the foundation for a custom black four-poster bed. This detail from our 'Aria' project showcases our love for handcrafted finishes and the rich textures of natural Indian materials.
About Featured
My design process begins with a simple question: what story does this space need to tell? In our 'Ikigai' project, for instance, we solved the challenge of a compact apartment not by adding more, but by stripping back colors and textures. By creating seamless, camouflaged storage and using a unified greige palette, we turned a space constraint into an opportunity for calm, proving that a home's functionality does not have to sacrifice its soul.
Every project in this collection explores the tension between architectural precision and human emotion.
The Art of the Narrative
In our 'Aria' project, the ceiling was transformed into a canvas for a hand-painted mural, shifting the focus from the floor to the experience of looking up and wandering within a room. We believe a house should be a personal sanctuary, which is why we often build our projects around a central, sculptural element—whether it is a custom totem light or a piece of local art.
Architectural Contrast
Our work ranges from the 'Shadows' project—a modern legal office where we balanced formal glass partitions with natural light to change the atmosphere of a traditional practice—to serene holiday homes in Goa. In those coastal projects, we focus on material integrity, utilizing rattan, jute, and natural wood to ensure the house feels like it belongs to the landscape.
Practical Craftsmanship
We rarely rely on modular, off-the-shelf units. Instead, I collaborate with local artisans to construct furniture on-site. This allows us to tailor every corner, from the joinery in a storage unit to the handle of a door, ensuring the finished result fits your life perfectly. Whether you are looking for a transformation of a small city flat or an architectural overhaul of a large property in Mumbai, our approach remains the same: we listen, we observe, and then we build.
