We craft homes that feel like a personal sanctuary, blending Indian heritage with the modern, playful touches that define your unique story.

This open-plan kitchen and dining area was designed to be bold, eccentric, and fun. An amorphous, custom-cast dining table flows into the kitchen island, while a dramatic green marble backsplash and colorful pendant lights add pops of color and playfulness.

Another view of the living space with the sculptural swirl ceiling. Here, you can see the custom-designed wooden bookshelf and the organically shaped coffee table, which continue the home's theme of unique, art-like furniture and fixtures.

A quick video tour of this playful and eccentric home. It shows how the different spaces flow into one another, from the curved sofa in the lounge to the seamless kitchen cabinetry and the cozy, custom-designed bedroom.

This living room blends modern comfort with Indian heritage. The flooring is a detailed pattern of Kota stone and Jaisalmer marble, while the furniture combines clean lines with warm materials like leather and dark wood.

The master bedroom in our Indian heritage-inspired project. A sage green textured wall with paneling serves as a serene backdrop for the bed, which features a woven rattan and teak wood headboard. The herringbone wood flooring adds warmth and classic elegance.

We converted a balcony into this cozy bar nook. The space is fully clad in teak wood, with a built-in wine rack and louvered cabinet doors. The chevron-patterned flooring continues from the main living area, creating a seamless transition.

For this basement apartment, we designed an open kitchen with a large island that doubles as a breakfast bar. Light wood cabinetry, white countertops, and pops of green from the pendant lights and bar stools help to make the space feel bright and airy.

A wooden slat partition provides a visual separation between the kitchen and other areas without blocking light. This detail adds warmth and texture while maintaining the open and minimalist feel of the apartment.

A design concept for a bachelor pad bedroom. The space combines raw and refined materials, with a rough-cut stone feature wall behind the bed, fluted wood paneling, and a dramatic coffered ceiling. Black tinted glass wardrobes add a sleek, modern touch.

About Modern Residential Sanctuaries

We do not just hand over a design and leave the rest to chance. Through Maze Concept Build, our turnkey service, we take your project from the initial sketches right through to the final installation. This means when we specify the custom teak joinery or the specific Kota stone flooring pattern you see in these photos, our in-house team executes it to perfection, sparing you the stress of coordinating with multiple external contractors.
