We do not believe in generic commercial interiors. For every restaurant or bar project, we start with a narrative—whether it is the colonial architecture of Cuba or the nostalgia of old Bangalore. Because we handle the entire process in-house through Maze Concept Build, we ensure the structural elements, custom murals, and lighting setups align perfectly with the story we set out to tell.
Our approach to hospitality design goes beyond surface-level aesthetics. It starts with site-specific storytelling. At Los Cavos in Indiranagar, we engineered a 20-foot belltower and used distressed textures and emerald-stained glass to recreate the streets of Latin America. The challenge was maintaining an intimate, cozy atmosphere while ensuring the layout could handle high-traffic operations.
We lean into heavy design. Our team handles the structural fabrication, which allows us to install features like mezzanines, ferro-cement ceilings, and robust bar counters without relying on external contractors. We use material-heavy finishes like cast-in-situ terrazzo, red oxide flooring, and custom metalwork that age beautifully in high-traffic settings.
When we design for hospitality, we also plan for the vibe shift. At places like Adda 1522, we designed the roof with traditional Mangalore tiles and glass inserts to capture natural light during the day, while focusing on warm, decorative lighting and fluted pillars to shift the mood for evening service. We treat every project as a piece of theater, ensuring the layout flows for staff and guests alike while maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the concept.
