From absolute beginners to professional fighters, we build skills through discipline, consistent training, and cage-tested techniques.

This is the moment that matters. Between rounds, it's just me and my fighter. We strategize, we adapt, and we find the will to go back in there and win. This is more than coaching, this is a partnership built on trust.

This is what our kickboxing class looks like. We focus on live drills and partner work, not just hitting bags. You'll learn practical combinations, footwork, and defense in a high-energy environment with the whole team pushing you.

A huge win for us in Mumbai. My fighter Nazaret represented India against Afghanistan and got the finish. Taking our fighters to the biggest stages and bringing home the win is what we work for every single day. This is the journey.

On the mats, we drill until it becomes instinct. This is a glimpse into our grappling and BJJ sessions. We focus on control, transitions, and submission setups that work in a real MMA fight, not just in a sport jiu-jitsu match.

A fighter asked me how to deal with hate and trolls after a loss. My answer is simple: MMA is a private sport you do for yourself, with your own money. The only opinions that matter are from your coach and your team. We learn from losses and come back stronger.

We train hard, but we also know how to recover and bond as a team. Taking the fighters out for a day helps build the family vibe that is the foundation of Team Dojang. We win together and we lose together.

Do you gas out in the first round? It's because you're not training all three energy systems. I break down the science behind MMA conditioning, from explosive power for knockouts to the aerobic engine you need to last all three rounds. We train smart to fight hard.

My personal training sessions are fun, but I will push you to your limits. We identify your specific goals, whether it's weight loss, learning a new skill, or fight preparation, and we get the work done. I might have to blackmail you a little to get that last rep in.

About Featured

At Dojang, we do not waste time on fancy aesthetics. My training philosophy is simple: fundamentals, consistency, and hard work. Whether you join for fitness or to step into the cage as a pro, you will learn real striking, grappling, and cage control. If you are ready to sweat and learn the sport properly, welcome to the team.

Dojang is more than just a gym. It is the culmination of 11 years of work, starting from 8 students to building a team that fights across India. My goal with this platform is simple: to create India's first UFC champion by focusing on athletes who want to train properly, not just chase trends.

Our Approach to MMA

We treat martial arts as a craft. In our group and personal training sessions, you will not just hit bags. You will learn the mechanics of boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and wrestling takedowns. We focus on the transitions that actually happen in a fight.

  • For Beginners: We break everything down from scratch. You do not need to be fit to start, you just need to be disciplined enough to show up.
  • For Fighters: We run a serious camp. This involves cage work, live sparring, and conditioning that targets the ATP-PC, Anaerobic, and Aerobic energy systems.

The Dojang Family

We operate with a family vibe. We travel together, corner each other during fights, and handle both wins and losses as a unit. Based in Guwahati and Bongaigaon, our studio is for anyone who wants to take their training seriously. We do not care about online trolls or short-term hype. We care about the 1% improvement you make every single day. If you want to train for the sake of getting better, you belong here.

I'm Manas, and I started Dojang because I believe India needs a real path to the UFC. I don't run this place like a standard gym because my athletes aren't here for a hobby; they are here to fight.
