About Building Champions: Technical Breakdowns
Anyone can throw a punch, but do you know why you are throwing it? In our sessions, we focus on the setups, like how a level change on a body jab creates the opening for a fight-ending hook. If you are tired of guessing during sparring, these breakdowns will help you stop hitting air and start landing clean shots.
Beyond the Workout
At Dojang, we don't just train to sweat. We train to fight, which means every movement needs a purpose. Whether you are working on your striking, grappling, or cage control, you need to know the 'why' behind the move.
Why Technique Matters
Many people come to me after watching UFC fights and want to mimic the flashiest moves. I tell them the same thing: fundamentals first. You cannot build a castle on sand.
- Striking: We look at how to integrate boxing and Muay Thai. It is about footwork, not just power. When you understand how to use your jab to set up your cross, you stop wasting energy.
- Grappling: Wrestling and BJJ are about positioning. If you are struggling with escapes, it is usually because you are fighting the person instead of fighting the position.
- Fight IQ: This is the invisible part of the game. It is about reading your opponent, knowing when to push, and when to conserve energy.
The Dojang Approach
My goal is to make you understand MMA as a language. Once you learn the alphabet, you can write your own sentences. If you are in Guwahati, come by the studio. We don't care about your starting level, only your discipline. We have students who have never thrown a punch and pros preparing for their next fight. If you are ready to put in the work, I am ready to coach you.

I am Manas, and I do not believe in shortcuts. At Dojang, my team and I obsess over the small details because that is what separates a real fighter from someone who just hits pads.
