Grassroots Beginner Coaching
Core Training Protocol
- Duration: 1.5 hours per session, 5 to 6 days a week.
- Instruction: Primary guidance by assistant coaches with periodic head coach oversight.
- Drills: Fundamentals of underhand serving, bumping, wall volleys, and basic footwork.
Physical Conditioning
- Cardio: Standard jogging around the track and agility cone runs.
- Strength: Bodyweight exercises including pushups, situps, and lunges (no gym access).
- Warmups: Routine stretching and calisthenics.
Facility & Equipment
- Surface: Outdoor hard packed earth/clay courts.
- Equipment: Usage of standard Nivia or Spartan rubber/synthetic leather balls.
- Amenities: Basic floodlights for winter evening sessions.
Discipline
- Standards: Strict adherence to reporting time and jersey tuck in dress code.
Advanced Performance Training
Technical Coaching
- Duration: 2.5 to 3 hours daily with potential for dual sessions (morning fitness and evening skills).
- Mentorship: Direct coaching and strategy strategy from Head Coach.
- Specialized Drills: Use of mechanical spike machine for arm swing perfection and high intensity defensive fielding.
Strength & Conditioning
- Gym Access: Usage of raw weight training setup including Olympic barbells and iron plates.
- Power Work: Explosive exercises like clean and jerk, squats, and tire jumps.
- Plyometrics: Box jumps, hurdle jumps, and stair running for vertical leap.
Competitive Exposure
- Simulation: Full 6v6 practice matches under floodlights with refereeing.
- Career: Priority assessment for State and National level selection trials.
- Position Training: Specific modules for Setters, Liberos, and Spikers.

How We Train
I keep it real - no magic tricks, just hard work:
- Drilling all the basics: setting, spiking, blocking, receiving, even advanced stuff like pancake digs
- Strength and conditioning: lifting, HIIT, battle ropes, tug of war - you’ll feel it in your bones
- Flexibility and agility: yoga, plyo jumps, cones, ladders - all to make you faster and stronger
Where It Happens
We use every bit of space: sand courts, indoor hard courts, open grass. Floodlights for those late-night grinds. Even a spike machine to sharpen your timing.

We sweat, we train hard, we win together. Watching our players, like Sameer and Tanish, make it to the Indian team – that’s what keeps us going. Whether it’s gold at Sub-Junior Nationals or Diwali on our court, it’s all about the team and the hunger to win.
My Work
Volleyball Coaching & Summer Camps - We coach boys and girls, run youth volleyball summer camp, and sell modern volleyball equipment.
Training Method - We mix weight training, yoga, circuit drills and ground practice. Discipline and sweat, every single day.
Building Champions - Our teams win CBSE National Volleyball, All India titles, and many play for Delhi and India.
