How We Train
- Skill Mastery: We drill advanced volleyball skills training till they become second nature. Spiking, setting, defense, blocking - all done with relentless reps, machines, and real game pressure.
- Strength & Power: Expect volleyball strength and conditioning routines, from weight training to hardcore plyometric jump training. We want you to out-jump and outlast everyone on court.
- Speed & Recovery: Agility ladders, cones, yoga - we cover footwork, flexibility, and injury prevention because being quick and fit matters.
Results That Show
Our players don’t just play - they win. LPN athletes have brought home medals from state, national, and even international championships. Some have worn the India jersey, captained teams, and stood on the biggest podiums. We’re officially tied to Delhi Volleyball Association, so your pathway to top-level tournaments is always clear.

My Story
You know, people always ask, ‘Tum kaam kya karte ho?’ (What do you do?) I just say, we build champions here. LPN Club isn’t just about teaching volleyball, it’s a family. We sweat, we train hard, we win together. Watching our players, like Sameer and Tanish, make it to the Indian team – that’s what keeps us going. Whether it’s gold at Sub-Junior Nationals or Diwali on our court, it’s all about the team and the hunger to win.
My Work
Volleyball Coaching & Summer Camps - We coach boys and girls, run youth volleyball summer camp, and sell modern volleyball equipment.
Training Method - We mix weight training, yoga, circuit drills and ground practice. Discipline and sweat, every single day.
Building Champions - Our teams win CBSE National Volleyball, All India titles, and many play for Delhi and India.
