Building explosive power is non-negotiable. Our players perform synchronized stair jumps to develop the vertical leap needed for powerful spikes and solid blocks.
Agility is key to covering the court. This video shows our players going through a circuit of hurdle jumps, cone drills, and ring exercises to improve their footwork and reaction time.
Quick feet save points. Here, our players are engaged in recreational agility drills using hoops and cones to improve coordination and speed in a fun, competitive way.
Flexibility prevents injuries and increases range of motion. We incorporate yoga and dynamic stretching, including backbends and push-up variations, into our warm-ups and cool-downs.

Battle ropes are an excellent tool for building upper body and core strength. This drill improves a player's stamina and power, essential for lasting through long matches.

You won’t find air-conditioned gym machines here. Our conditioning is raw—battle ropes, tire jumps, stairs, and agility circuits on our outdoor grounds. Training for the Real Game
At the competitive level in Delhi NCR, volleyball matches aren't just won on talent; they are won on vertical leap, reaction time, and late-match stamina. That is why our strength and agility program serves as the engine room of LPN Club.
Our Methodology
We focus on functional athleticism rather than just aesthetic muscle. Our sessions integrate:
- Plyometrics: We use box jumps, hurdle drills, and stair running to develop the explosive leg power needed for massive spikes and solid blocking.
- Strength Conditioning: From battle ropes to iron plate training, we focus on the upper body and core stability required for repetitive serving and receiving.
- Agility Drills: Reaction speed is non-negotiable. We use cone drills, ladders, and ring exercises to sharpen your footwork, ensuring you are exactly where the ball needs you to be.
The Environment
We train in the real Delhi weather on the grounds of Laxmi Public School. We believe that if you can perform under our training conditions—whether it's the summer heat or winter chill—the match court will feel easy. We use sand courts and open grass to build resilience. You’ll be doing lunges and sprints alongside players who are actively competing for the Indian team and CBSE National titles.
Come prepared to sweat, follow the discipline of the group, and push past your physical limits. If you want to play like a champion, you have to train like one.
