Volleyball demands more than just skill. It requires the explosive speed, vertical leap, and stamina of a complete athlete. At LPN Club, we train you to dominate the court.

A glimpse into our comprehensive training regimen. This montage shows players working on receiving drills, agility exercises, and strength training with barbells.

Building explosive power is non-negotiable. Our players perform synchronized stair jumps to develop the vertical leap needed for powerful spikes and solid blocks.

Agility is key to covering the court. This video shows our players going through a circuit of hurdle jumps, cone drills, and ring exercises to improve their footwork and reaction time.

Quick feet save points. Here, our players are engaged in recreational agility drills using hoops and cones to improve coordination and speed in a fun, competitive way.

Flexibility prevents injuries and increases range of motion. We incorporate yoga and dynamic stretching, including backbends and push-up variations, into our warm-ups and cool-downs.

Battle ropes are an excellent tool for building upper body and core strength. This drill improves a player's stamina and power, essential for lasting through long matches.

Our morning workout session includes a variety of strength-building exercises. Here you can see players doing ladder drills, box jumps, and barbell lunges to build overall athletic fitness.

This is a shoulder strengthening exercise using dumbbells. We focus on building stable and powerful shoulders to support repetitive spiking and serving motions.

Weight training is a fundamental part of our program. Players are seen here doing lunges and partner-assisted leg exercises to build lower body strength.
