Training Approach
Sessions here aren’t just about hitting a ball. I mix things up with multiball drills, serve and smash practice, spin tricks, and real match play. You’ll sweat, learn, and probably mess up a few shots before getting it right. For those chasing medals, my advanced table tennis strategy sessions really dig deep.

I think table tennis fitness training is as important as racket skills. Apart from table time, I run fitness batches to boost speed and stamina. Players can tap into support for yoga and nutrition, too. No shortcuts, but you’ll feel stronger and sharper - mentally and physically.
