As a coach, my greatest pride is seeing my team win. Here I am at the 44th Sub-Junior National Championship, where I coached the Delhi team to a gold medal victory.
Strength isn't just about lifting, it's about unity. We use exercises like tug of war to build raw upper body power, teamwork, and the fighting spirit needed to win.
We provide dedicated coaching for our female athletes. This clip shows our girls working on defensive receiving and pancake drills on the indoor court, building the quick reflexes needed for a strong defense.
About this collection
You will notice our training looks different because we do not just stand on a court. We use mechanical spike machines for arm swing perfection and rigorous plyometric conditioning for vertical leap. Whether you are aiming for your first school team selection or a spot in the national championships, be prepared for two and a half hours of high-intensity drills that will challenge your limits.
At LPN Club, we live by a simple rule: 'Kou kisi ko raaj na dehe.' You earn your spot on the court. Our facility at Laxmi Public School, Anand Vihar, is designed for athletes who are serious about their game, not just those looking for a casual hobby.
Our Training Philosophy
We combine traditional ground practice with modern athletic conditioning. Our sessions are not just about hitting the ball. We integrate weight training, HIIT, and agility drills because a complete volleyball player needs to be as fast as they are strong.
- Grassroots Program: Perfect for beginners, this module focuses on fundamental mechanics. We drill footwork, bumping, setting, and underhand serving until they become muscle memory. This is the foundation that allows our players to advance.
- Advanced Performance: This is for players aiming for the Delhi state team or national level competition. We ramp up the intensity with daily 3-hour sessions, 6v6 match simulations, and specialized position training for setters, liberos, and spikers. You will work with mechanical spike feeders to master your timing and defense.
