We focus on 'Good Food Good Mood' by delivering balanced, pre-portioned bento boxes—think grilled chicken or tofu curry with unpolished brown rice—so you don't have to worry about meal prep or ordering takeout on your days off.

We believe that physical training is just one part of the equation. If you put in the work at the gym but struggle with your diet on the weekend, you are missing out on essential recovery. Our Fitness Meets Food initiative was born out of the frustration of seeing members hit their goals on weekdays, only to undo that progress with poor food choices on Saturday and Sunday.

We operate on a 'Good Food Good Mood' philosophy, ensuring that even when you are relaxing, your body is getting high-quality nutrients without the refined sugars or excess oils found in standard delivery food.
Each Weekend Bento Box includes:
- Protein Main: A choice of paneer, tofu, or spicy chicken curry (boneless), plus sandwich options on whole wheat bread.
- Complex Carbs: Steamed unpolished brown rice or roasted potato wedges.
- Micronutrients: Stir-fried broccoli, zucchini, carrots, and a fresh chickpea salad.
- Fresh Finish: A side of apple and pomegranate to round out the meal.
