Why I Started Making Healthy Bowls

Every time I ordered a so-called healthy salad, it felt like I was being punished for wanting to eat better. I wanted food that’s healthy bhi, tasty bhi (healthy as well as tasty). So I started making my own high-protein salad bowls and bites that actually taste good.

What Makes My Food Different

  • I use fresh, simple ingredients - nothing fancy, just ghar-jaisa healthy food (home-like healthy food).
  • Every bowl and bite is packed with protein, so you stay full and don’t crash mid-day.
  • I always mention the exact protein and calorie count for each dish. No guesswork, just straight-up calorie counted meals.
  • Flavours are balanced, not bland. You’ll find Indian spices, crunchy veggies, and dressings that actually make you want to eat healthy.

My Story

Hello Bangalore! We’re Padma Tiffins, just folks who love cooking simple North Indian food that tastes like home. Not a fancy restaurant, just our kitchen, making meals with desi ghee and local veggies. We started out wanting people here to get that 'Ghar ka khana' (home food) feeling, even after a long day.
