I opened Nagalakshmi right inside Bohofit because I kept seeing folks work hard in the gym and then settle for random food. Honestly, patla hona, slim dikhna, ye sab to theek hai (getting thin, looking slim, all that is fine), but if you want real strength, it starts with what you eat. I focus on protein first - carbs are just the sidekick, here to help your body use that protein right. Keeps energy steady, no wild sugar swings.

My Story

We’re Bohofit. Not gonna lie, our community kinda built itself. Most folks who joined on day one still hang out with us, not for hashtags, but for that safe, messy, personal growth. We kicked off wanting to change how people move and eat—no quick fix drama, just showing up, laughing, failing, and rising together. No machines, just raw effort. Even our Nagalakshmi café is about honest food. Real strength? Starts inside, grows outside.

My Work

All Our Classes, Zero Machines - Group sessions in calisthenics, kickboxing, spin cycle, mudgar club, yoga, gymnastics, and S&C. No machines.

Fun Over Perfect - Workouts here are wild, playful, and full of joy. We drop perfection, embrace the madness.
