This is what I’m known for. A perfectly fudgy and gooey brownie with that beautiful, shiny cracked top. It’s the recipe I’ve perfected over time, and it’s pure chocolate happiness in every bite.
One of my absolute favourites to make, the Russian honey cake, or Medovik. It features delicate, biscuit-like layers stacked with a dreamy Dulce de leche cream and topped with fresh strawberries.
You can't go wrong with a classic blueberry cheesecake. Mine has a buttery biscuit base, a rich and creamy cheese filling, and is topped with a generous layer of homemade blueberry compote.
This is where the magic happens. I make my croissants the traditional way, by carefully laminating the dough to create dozens of flaky, buttery layers. The video shows the journey from raw dough to the perfect, airy cross-section.
I love creating matching sets for celebrations. Here is a vanilla blueberry cake with a beautiful purple whipped cream frosting, accompanied by matching vanilla cupcakes for a complete party spread.
A cake can be both healthy and delicious. This is my gluten-free ragi chocolate cake, made with nutritious finger millet flour and covered in a rich chocolate ganache, proving you don't need maida for a decadent dessert.
There's nothing like a warm dessert straight from the oven. This is my peach cobbler, with a golden, buttery crust and sweet, juicy peaches underneath. It’s pure comfort in a dish.
