Artisan & Global Desserts Inspired by World Flavours

From my kitchen in Cochin to Bangalore, here is my take on the global classics I love, made the slow and honest way.

A tray of my freshly baked croissants, golden brown and beautifully layered. I make these the traditional way with laminated dough, and I love the outcome.

Piping hot peach cobbler is heaven, especially with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Here is a single serving, ready to be enjoyed.

My homemade Kunafa, a cherished Middle Eastern dessert. It has a crispy, shredded phyllo dough exterior, a sweet cheese filling, and is garnished with pistachios and rose petals.

The most satisfying moment. This video shows me slicing through a freshly baked croissant, revealing all the hard work that went into creating those beautiful, airy layers.

About this collection

I laminate the dough for my croissants by hand, fold by fold, waiting for the perfect temperature before shaping. It takes hours of work, but that specific sound of the crust crackling when you pull it apart is what makes the entire process worth every minute in my kitchen.

When I decided to bake global treats, I knew I couldn't cut corners. Artisan baking is all about the technique, and that is why you will find me spending hours on tasks that many others skip.

My Kunafa is a perfect example. I spent months searching for the right kind of phyllo dough that gives you that authentic, crispy texture, paired with a filling that is balanced and not too sweet. It is served with pistachios and a hint of rose petals, just as it should be.

If you are looking for comfort, my peach cobbler is the answer. I bake this to order, so it arrives ready to be eaten warm, ideally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Because I work in small batches, I can ensure the fruit compote is fresh and the crust has that perfect buttery crunch.

I treat every tray of croissants and every batch of cobbler with the same attention I give to my custom cakes. Whether you are in Cochin or Bangalore, these bakes are my way of sharing the joy of technical, traditional baking with you.
