What Baking Means to Me
Baking is my happy place. That first bite of a gooey, homemade brownie or the sound of a croissant crackling when you pull it apart - it’s why I do this. I never use shortcuts, and I care about flavour more than just making things super sweet. My cream cheese frosting? It’s got a fan base for being just right, not cloying.

- My brownies are what I’m known for - fudgy, rich, and always with that shiny, cracked top. If you love a twist, don’t miss the salted caramel brownies, or try the cranberry blondies with white chocolate.
- Pastries are my playground. I make classic artisan croissants the old-school way and experiment with global treats like Middle Eastern sweets (kunafa with pistachios and rose petals).
- For cheesecake lovers, I do both big, creamy slices and tiny, cute minis.
- My peach cobbler is best eaten garma garam (piping hot) with ice cream.

I make gluten free desserts using almond flour (not maida) and have eggless pastries too. Want something healthier? I bake with atta (whole wheat), bajra (pearl millet), oats, and even jaggery instead of sugar sometimes. No one should miss out on good dessert, yaar!
