• Royal Icing Designs: I love experimenting with these for holidays like Valentine’s Day or festive occasions. Using a wet-on-wet technique, I hand-pipe designs onto vanilla sugar cookies. These stay crisp, and the icing offers a sweet finish without being cloying.
• Healthy & Rustic Options: I believe in baking without the guilt. I work with traditional grains like Bajra (pearl millet), oats, and whole wheat atta. By substituting refined sugar with jaggery and using quality ghee, these cookies bring back the nostalgia of homemade snacks while keeping things nutritious.
