Why I Bake Savory
My name might be Lots Of Cake but honestly, I’m just as obsessed with bread. Playing with dough, watching it rise, and then pulling out something warm and golden from the oven - it’s a mood. I get a real kick out of making those flaky croissant layers or kneading the perfect soft dinner rolls.
Signature Savory Bakes
- Garlic pull-apart bread shaped like a star - buttery, loaded with garlic, and perfect for sharing with friends.
- Braided pizza, not your usual round - stuffed with chicken, lots of herbs, and looks super cool on any party table.
- Pesto babka is my personal favourite. Imagine a bread with ‘Italian chutney’ (fresh basil pesto) twisted inside. Looks pretty and tastes even better.
- Dilkush or Dilpasand - if you know, you know! Soft bread with a coconut filling, just like from old-school Indian bakeries.
The Way I Do It
