Why I Do This
Baking is my escape. If you’ve ever felt that buzz after nailing a brownie batch or just watched a cake rise in the oven, you know what I mean. Sharing that feeling is why I started these workshops.
What You’ll Learn
I keep it real and hands-on. You’ll actually bake stuff - not just watch. Here’s what we dive into:
- Sweet Beginnings: Perfect for newbies. We tackle classic cakes, fudgy brownies, and cookies (even oats cranberry and millet ones for the health-conscious). Want to try a warm peach cobbler? Yep, we make that too.
- Cookie Decorating Workshop: Learn to play with royal icing and make cookies look festive or just plain cute.
- Frosting & Design: From whipped cream to my not-too-sweet cream cheese frosting. We practice piping, smooth finishes, and even sugar flowers if you’re up for a challenge.
- Bread Making Session: Fluffy rolls, pull-apart breads, plus savory pastries like braided chicken pizza and pesto babka. Laminating dough for croissants is a real test, but we go for it.
- Eggless Baking Class & Gluten-Free Baking Workshop: I make sure everyone has options. Almond flour brownies and more for those with dietary needs.
