It is a little 'jugaad' trick I use every single time to ensure every bite is worth it.
When I talk about my brownies, I mean business. You will not find anything cakey here. They are strictly fudgy, dense, and honestly, they hit the right notes every single time. My cookie philosophy is similar. I created my signature 'life cookie' recipe during a rough patch years ago, and I have not changed a single thing since. It is simple, no-nonsense, and incredibly satisfying.
Everything you see here is made with real, seasonal ingredients. I do not do fondant. If I am decorating, I am using white chocolate ganache or buttercream.
