We do not just run on treadmills here. My functional batches happen on the rooftop turf, which means we actually use space for agility ladders, bag work, and combat drills. You are not just burning calories, you are learning how to move, punch, and react faster. Whether you are a kid or an adult, we train for performance, not just looks.

The Rooftop Advantage
My boxing and agility sessions are held on our open-air rooftop, fitted with high-grip artificial turf. This is where the real work happens. We use this space for:
- Boxing Basics: I teach the fundamental boxing stance, jab-cross combinations, and defensive moves. You learn to control your breath and power through combinations.
- Agility Drills: We use ladders and jump ropes to improve coordination, foot speed, and balance. It is as much for the brain as it is for the body.
- Conditioning Circuits: We run bodyweight circuits designed to keep your heart rate up and build endurance that carries over into everything else you do.
Who is this for?
This isn't an elite club. I train kids who need to build coordination and adults who want to break the monotony of weight lifting. If you want to sweat, learn a skill like boxing, and be part of a community that pushes each other to get better, this is the place. We keep the batches small so I can actually watch your form and fix your mistakes. No babysitting, just proper coaching.
