About Gym Life & Motivation
If you are looking for a fancy gym with AC and ambient music, this isn't it. At Loordz Gym, we train in an iron-gym setting because that is where real strength is forged. Whether you are prepping for a competition or just trying to get your life in order, come prepared to sweat. We count every rep, we fix your form, and we make sure your motivation doesn't drop off after the first week.
For me, the gym is more than just a place to burn calories. It is a sanctuary where you leave your excuses at the door. When I coach, I am with you for every rep, correcting your form and pushing you when you think you have hit your limit.
The Loordz Gym Philosophy
We focus on raw, functional strength and hypertrophy. My programs for muscle gain are designed to build symmetry and size, while our boxing and functional sessions are meant to improve agility and cardiovascular endurance. We don't rely on fancy machines to do the work for us; we use heavy compound lifts, proper nutrition, and strict consistency to get results.
Training Style
- Personal Training: 6 days a week of supervised floor training, focusing on your specific goals—whether that is weight management or aggressive muscle gain.
- Boxing & Functional: High-energy group sessions on our rooftop turf, ideal for stamina, reflex building, and basic combat techniques.
- Bodybuilding: For those aiming for the stage, we incorporate advanced protocols like drop sets and heavy compound lifts, alongside posing practice.
Fitness is a lifestyle, not a 30-day quick fix. My diet charts are based on home-cooked 'Desi' food, because you don't need expensive, complex regimes to get a strong body. You need discipline, effort, and a coach who actually cares about your progress. Sapne nahi tootne chahiye.
