About Training for Excellence: Drills, Sparring & Fitness
Our training focuses on high-repetition drills, from jumping front kicks on target paddles to complex sparring combinations. We train in a standard facility with EVA foam mats, so expect to work hard, sweat, and get your heart rate up as we drill for speed and power.

What Training Looks Like
1. High-Intensity Conditioning Before we hit the mats, we build a foundation. Expect calisthenics—push-ups, squats, and deep dynamic stretching to improve your flexibility and explosive power.
2. Kyorugi (Sparring) Focus This is where theory meets reality. We use proper gear and real-ring scenarios to teach you speed, timing, and strategy. You will learn to handle pressure and execute strikes with precision under the guidance of our coaches.
3. Target & Form Drills Using kicking paddles and shields, we break down complex moves into manageable parts. From basic turning kicks to advanced spinning hook kicks, we drill until your technique is instinctual. We also focus heavily on Poomsae (forms) to ensure your stance, balance, and precision are competition-ready.
