Building confidence and character through ITF Taekwon-Do. Our classes for children ages 4 and up combine high-energy fitness with essential life values in a safe, professional dojang.

About Future Legends: Kids Program (Ages 4+)

In our dojang, respect starts the moment a student steps on the mat. We enforce a strict 'No Gadget' policy during class time, ensuring your child stays fully engaged in learning kicks, stances, and coordination. Classes are strictly capped at 15 students to keep the focus on form and safety, whether they are working on gross motor skills or preparing for their quarterly belt grading exam.

We view our kids' program as an ecosystem for character building rather than just an after-school hobby. The ITF Taekwon-Do curriculum we follow for juniors emphasizes fundamental stances (Sogi), punches (Jirugi), and kicks (Chagi), but it is the physical conditioning that parents notice first. We use age-appropriate calisthenics to build coordination and stamina, ensuring our youngest students—even those as young as four—develop core strength and flexibility.

The discipline here is not just about yelling 'Sir' and bowing; it is about teaching kids that effort leads to results. When they practice for their belt exams, they are not just memorizing patterns; they are learning the value of goals and the patience required to reach them. We treat them like athletes, even at a young age, because we believe they are capable of more than they know.

Training in Delhi heat requires a dedicated space, which is why our facilities are fully climate-controlled and fitted with interlocking EVA foam mats to minimize the impact of falls. Whether your child is looking for a fun outlet to burn energy or aiming to join our competition squad, our coaching approach adapts to their individual growth. We run three sessions per week to keep consistency high, which is essential for muscle memory and technical progression in Taekwon-Do.
