My Transformation Journey

This is where my obsession started. I’ve been on both sides of the fitness journey, so I know the struggle and what it takes to build a body you're proud of. I use my own experience to guide you through your transformation.

Powerlifting: Building Raw Strength

This is the foundation. I focus on teaching the correct techniques for major lifts like squats and deadlifts to help you build real, functional strength safely. I practice what I preach, with a 140kg squat and 180kg deadlift.

Strength & Conditioning Workouts

It’s not just about lifting heavy. My training programs include a variety of exercises to build muscle, improve endurance, and increase athleticism. We'll use everything from dumbbells and barbells to cable machines and bodyweight exercises.

Couples & Group Training

Training is more fun when you do it together. I offer couples sessions to help you and your partner stay accountable, and I love getting groups together for fitness events like marathons and color runs.

Train Anywhere: Online Coaching

Not in Bengaluru or need a flexible schedule? My online coaching provides you with a workout plan you can follow at home or in your own gym. All you need is the dedication to show up.
