Powerlifting: Building Raw Strength
Strength isn't given, it's earned. Join me for intensive powerlifting coaching in Bangalore where we focus on mechanics, safety, and lifting heavy. Let's get to work.
If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you. This video shows me executing a heavy deadlift, focusing on proper form with a lifting belt for support. We will break down every part of the lift in our sessions.
This is my zone. A heavy deadlift followed by battle rope conditioning shows how I combine pure strength with endurance. My programs are designed to push your limits.
Jeevna purthi hoddadde. I've fought my whole life for this. This montage shows my dedication to building strength, from dumbbell presses to heavy deadlifts. This is the energy I bring to our training.
Jai bhaja rang! We start with a prayer and then we lift. This leg day session includes heavy barbell squats and machine leg presses, fundamental exercises for building lower body power.
About Powerlifting: Building Raw Strength
You won't find any fluff here. Whether you are new to the barbell or trying to break a plateau on your deadlift, I focus entirely on the mechanics of your lift. We start by fixing your stance and bracing, ensuring your spinal position is solid before we add a single plate. If your form is sloppy, we do not increase the weight; we go back to the basics until you move safely and efficiently.
Why Powerlifting?
It starts with the barbell. Whether you want to pack on muscle or just feel capable in your day-to-day life, nothing beats the compound movements of powerlifting. I do not believe in magic fixes or shortcuts. We train for raw, functional strength.
My Approach to Heavy Lifts
We focus on the big movements: Squats, Deadlifts, and Overhead Presses. I practice exactly what I teach. With a 140kg squat and a 180kg deadlift under my belt, I know exactly where your form typically breaks down.
- The Setup: We spend time getting your stance and grip right. A bad setup leads to a bad lift.
- The Execution: I teach you how to brace your core and create tension. This is not just moving weight from point A to B; it is about control.
- The Safety: I am right there spotting you. If you are going heavy, you need to know you are safe to fail so you can push your limits.
Where We Train
I operate out of Silhouette Fitness in Banashankari Stage II. This is not a place for casual gym-goers. It is for people who want to put in the work. We use standard, heavy-duty equipment because that is what it takes to get strong.
Jeevna purthi hoddadde. Every session is a chance to prove to yourself that you are stronger than you were yesterday. If you are ready to get uncomfortable and grow, let us get to work. Jai bhaja rang!
