Most people stop at the gym door, but that is where your real life begins. When we train at Silhouette Fitness in Banashankari or through my online coaching, we do not just chase numbers on a scale. We build a physical foundation that helps you handle everything from long days at work to weekend treks and rides. Fitness is a lifestyle, not just an hour on the floor.
I believe in the mantra: if it does not challenge you, it does not change you. My approach to a fitter life is built on grit and consistency, not magic fixes or shortcuts.

How We Get There
- In-Person Coaching: If you are in Bangalore, we train at Silhouette Fitness in Banashankari. This is where we focus on technique, spotting, and pushing past your perceived limits.
- Online Coaching: If you are not in the city or need a flexible schedule, I provide personalized programs that you can follow anywhere.
- Sustainable Transformation: We use periodized hypertrophy and strength charts. This keeps your progress steady and avoids plateaus.
My Philosophy
I have struggled my whole life—jeevna purthi hoddadde—and I know what it takes to climb out of that rut. I bring that same intensity to your training. We will fix your form, track your nutrition using local food options, and keep you accountable with weekly check-ins. It is tough, but Jai bhaja rang! (Bring the energy!).
