I believe in precision and control, skills we build with fun challenges like this. This is a demonstration of a spinning hook kick used to untwist a bottle cap, a drill that requires immense body control, flexibility, and focus.
This is what dedication looks like. After one year of consistent training in my Shaolin Kung Fu program, this young student is demonstrating a perfect standing split, showcasing incredible hamstring flexibility and balance.
We use safe and effective tools to achieve amazing results. Here, a student uses suspension straps for an assisted wall split, a technique that helps deepen the stretch and build strength in a full range of motion.
To teach powerful kicks, I maintain my own flexibility and strength. This is a demonstration of a high side kick, a fundamental move in martial arts that requires open hips and excellent balance.
My training is guided by a deep philosophy: be formless, be like water. This video introduces my approach, showing various Shaolin stances and movements that cultivate not just physical skill but also a focused mind.
We train for dynamic flexibility, not just static poses. Here, a young student practices a high kick over a pole, a drill that develops control, coordination, and active range of motion in the hips.
Flexibility is supported by strength. We incorporate bodyweight exercises like handstands to build a strong core and stable shoulders, which are essential for advanced martial arts movements and overall fitness.

I do not use fancy gym machines, I use functional Shaolin drills to build real-world strength. Whether we are working on deep split progressions or practicing a controlled kick to improve precision, every movement is designed to make you strong and adaptable. We keep it raw and effective, training on studio mats or in local parks to get you real results.
If you want to get fit, you have to move. I teach Shaolin Kung Fu, MMA, and flexibility training for everyone—kids, teens, and adults. My method is simple: build a foundation through stances, increase your range of motion with progressive stretches, and sharpen your focus through meditation.
We do not just stretch; we condition the body. In my group classes in Vasant Vihar or during 1-on-1 home sessions across South Delhi, we focus on:
