Develop power, speed, and precision in your kicks. I teach a variety of martial arts kicks including high kicks, roundhouse kicks, and back kicks, improving your hip mobility and hamstring flexibility for functional, powerful movements.

Mastering Flexibility & Splits

My method is not just about stretching; it's about building functional flexibility and strength together. We work on achieving full side, middle, and standing splits through safe, progressive drills using tools like boxes and straps to support your journey.
