I teach kids to be like water—flowing, strong, and adaptable. My classes combine real Shaolin techniques with fun challenges to build discipline, fitness, and focus.

About Kids Kung Fu Training
We do not just teach kicks, we build the foundation through progressive flexibility work, using props like wooden boxes and straps to safely deepen splits. You will see your child improve balance and core strength through functional drills like handstands and jumping exercises, even if they start with zero experience.
My Approach to Kids Kung Fu
Kung Fu is more than fighting. It is about building a connection between mind, body, and spirit. When your child joins my classes, they are not just learning how to kick or punch. They are learning how to focus, how to control their breathing, and how to stay calm when things get difficult.
The Training Environment
Classes are held in Vasant Vihar. This is not a fancy, air-conditioned gym. It is a raw, functional training space where we prioritize sweat, effort, and real results. Whether we are practicing on puzzle mats or using punching bags, the goal is always the same: becoming fitt and active. I personally oversee every student, providing hands-on physical corrections to ensure they learn the right form and stay safe.
What We Cover
- Shaolin Conditioning: We start with dynamic warm-ups and joint rotations to prepare the body.
- Functional Flexibility: Using progressive drills to master splits and back bending safely.
- Self-Defense & Coordination: Teaching authentic kicks like the roundhouse and back kick to improve coordination and spatial awareness.
- Mental Discipline: Integrating breathing techniques and meditation to help kids manage stress and improve their attention span.
