The secret to our Paneer Butter Masala and Dal Makhani is patience. I do not believe in quick-fix methods or pre-made gravies. We slow-cook our dals to get that deep, creamy texture, and we use fresh, soft paneer cubes that soak up our signature spices perfectly. It is the same process I established in my first kitchen, and it is the only way we do it today.

Cooking at home in Punjab, we learned that good food takes time. When I started Punjabi Rasoi in Bangalore, I decided I would never compromise on that. We focus on 'ghar ka khana', which means food that feels like a warm hug. You will find staples like our slow-cooked Dal Makhani, which we let simmer for hours to achieve the right consistency, and Palak Paneer made with fresh spinach.

I am very particular about the masalas. We use the same blend I have used since 2000. It keeps the taste consistent whether you order for a quick solo lunch or a full dinner for the family. Whether it is a craving for Kadhai Paneer or you need a full spread for a weekend party, the taste stays the same. We pack it fresh, and it arrives at your doorstep hot.
