Whether it is a 6 AM jumpstart or an 8 PM unwind, our sessions blend cardio with easy-to-follow steps so you do not even realize you are burning calories. Just show up in your comfortable sneakers, bring a water bottle, and follow the lead instructor. No dance experience is needed to join the party.

What to Expect
Every session is a 50 to 60 minute explosion of energy.
- Warm-up: We start with rhythmic stretches to get you in the groove.
- High-Intensity Dance: The core workout. Whether it is a viral reel track or a high-energy Punjabi beat, we break down the moves so everyone, from total beginners to dance enthusiasts, can keep up.
- Cool Down: We end with 5 to 10 minutes of floor work, like planks or crunches, to engage your core before wrapping up.
Flexible Timing
Life gets busy, but your health should not suffer. We run sessions from 6 AM to 12 PM and 5 PM to 9 PM, so you can drop in before work or blow off steam after. If you are just visiting or testing the waters, our drop-in sessions are perfect. If you are ready to commit to a transformation, our 3-month plan tracks your progress with bi-weekly weight check-ins.
