About High-Energy Bhangra & Punjabi Grooves
Our sessions are designed to be a 50-minute cardio explosion where you won't even realize you are working out. We mix traditional Bhangra moves with current Punjabi chart-toppers, creating a high-intensity flow that keeps your heart rate up. Every class wraps up with 10 minutes of targeted floor work like planks and crunches to ensure your core gets the same love as your dance moves.
